Rather than wait for it to get worse, we contacted Furniture Medic, who agreed to send someone out to do an on-site repair. (Thank goodness we did not have to bring it in for repair, as the chair is quite bulky!)

Before we found furniture-medic, we had tried another local place that did leather restoration, but they said they could do nothing. Service was very excellent. "My name is Paul. We have a Leather Couch that needed reupholstering. We contacted Furniture Medic. Igor provided us with a quote based on the work to be done. I will admit that l was skeptical, at first,never hearing of Furniture Medic. My fears were quickly put aside. Mike (technician) came to our house. Very professional and courteous. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and how much it would cost. The rate was reasonable, given what needed to be done. Mike also returned the next day, when our leather couch developed ' Wrinkles' in the leather. Same was fixed. Furniture Medic did an Excellent job, and I would highly recommend to anyone."
